There are lots of ways you can prompt yourself to remember. Such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A note on the fridge<\/li>\n<li>Writing it on the calendar<\/li>\n<li>Keep the medicines where they\u2019re easy to find <\/li>\n<li>Make them part of your daily routine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you\u2019re having difficulty remembering which medicines to take when, speak to your pharmacist who may be able to give you further advice or a device to help you, such as a dosette box.<\/p>\n<div class=\"activity\">\n<h3>Something to try<\/h3>\n<p>Some mobile phones have calendars on them that\u00a0can make an alarm go off at the same time every day with a message saying what tablets you should be taking.<br \/>\nThere are lots of apps for tablets and smart phones \u2013 some are free.<\/p>\n<p>Try printing the &#8216;My Medications sheet&#8217;  with the details of your medicines and when you take them, or ask someone to help you do this.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"reflect\">\n<h3>Something to think about<\/h3>\n<p>Would any of these ideas be useful for you?
