Moving on from setbacks can be challenging, but it always helps to talk to others about how you are feeling and to get support.

Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland have a dedicated team of Advice Line Nurses who provide a supportive listening ear, details of local support services, and confidential information and advice about all aspects of living with stroke conditions.

The Advice Line is an accredited service and is FREE from landlines and mobiles: 0808 801 0899.

It is open from 9.30am-4pm Monday –Friday and all questions are important. Whether you are calling about yourself or someone you care about they are here to help.
